frequently asked questions
- What are your hours?
-
My hours at the studio vary and are usually by appointment. My phone is open for texting from 9 am to 8 pm Monday through Saturday unless I am out of town.
- Where are you located?
-
Keepsake Images Studio is located at 109 South Main Street in Lyman, WY.
- What are your prices?
-
I have special packages filled with my clients favorite products. Packages make it easy to get the best at a bundled price and easy to order. I do understand that packages may not be ideal for everyone though. I offer a la carte pricing which makes it easy for you to pick just the right amount, size, and style of product you want. If digital images are the thing for you, I also offer digital bundles.
- Do you have a cancellation policy?
-
My cancellation policy varies depending on how close to the session time and the reason why. Since I work outside so much weather is always watched closely. If weather is the reason for cancellation, then we simply find a date to reschedule. If you need to cancel or reschedule for other reasons, please give me at least 48 hours notice. Once we find a time for rescheduling, your session fee will be moved to that date.
If you are a no show for your session, your session fee will not be returned to you because I cannot fill that space with another session that was reserved for you.
Of course, I know that emergencies happen and I am usually forgiving, just remember that communication is the key.
- What's your policy about guests during sessions?
-
I know friends can help with hair, clothing, and anxiety so I do welcome them but, my studio space is small so I only have room for the person or people being photographed and one or two friends.
As for newborn sessions, only the immediate family is to be at the studio an it's best if older siblings have somewhere to go when they aren't being photographed. They get bored and it's much better if its nice and quiet for the baby to sleep.
- How long is the typical wait?
-
My wait time is pretty standard. Depending on the time of year, sessions can usually be scheduled within two weeks. Editing sessions usually takes 2-3 weeks and orders take about the same amount of time.
- What payment options do you accept?
-
I accept most forms of payment. Cash is my favorite but not always the easiest. For ease of use I take credit cards and Venmo payments. I will also accept checks from people I know.
